Terms of service

Effective 23 October 2026. Hudur is a staff attendance service run by Iconiers Tech, Muscat, Oman. These terms apply to every workplace that registers to use Hudur.

What Hudur does

Hudur replaces the paper sign-in sheet. Staff check in at the entrance with a QR card, a staff number and PIN, or a fingerprint on the check-in device, and the workplace sees who is in, who is late and who is absent. We provide the service; the workplace runs it.

Your account

You register one workplace per account and keep your login safe. You are responsible for the staff records you add and for who you give admin access to. Tell us as soon as you think someone is using your account without permission.

Plans and billing

The free plan covers up to 10 active staff with the daily features. Full access is $75 a year for unlimited staff, billed yearly, and adds monthly reports, the daily digest email and staff leave requests. Prices are set in US dollars. We may change prices for future years with reasonable notice.

Using Hudur lawfully

You choose which check-in methods are open at your workplace. If you use fingerprint check-in or any attendance monitoring, you are responsible for making sure that is allowed in your country and that your staff are informed about it. Follow the law where you operate.

Your records

The attendance records in your workplace belong to you. You can export every report at any time, and you can correct or remove records from inside your account. See the privacy policy for how we handle data, and the refund policy for payments.

Availability

We work to keep Hudur available every day, but no service is perfect. We may take it briefly offline for maintenance. If something breaks, report it and we will fix it.

Changes

We may improve or change Hudur and update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page. Continuing to use Hudur after a change means you accept it.

Ending

You can stop using Hudur at any time. We can suspend an account that attacks the service, hosts unlawful content or abuses other workplaces, with notice where possible.

The law that applies

These terms follow the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to sort it out between us.
