Refund policy

Effective 23 October 2026. This policy covers payments for Hudur, the staff attendance service run by Iconiers Tech, Muscat, Oman.

The free plan

Free is free. Up to 10 active staff, nothing to pay, so there is nothing to refund.

Full access

Full access is $75 a year, billed yearly. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of paying, you get all of it back, no questions asked. After 14 days we do not give partial refunds, but your workplace keeps full access until the end of the paid year.

If it is our fault

If something we did leaves you without a working product, for example a long outage we cannot fix, contact us. We will make it right case by case, and that includes a refund where it is fair.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid. It can take a few days for the money to show up on your side.

Renewals

Full access renews yearly. Tell us before your renewal date and we will switch it off, so you are never charged for a year you did not want.
